Nowadays online trading has occupied an important place in the world trading
systems.
In spite of their popularity world trading systems of online trading
are not well-developed yet, and, consequently, they
are not very stable.
So far there is no stable system of trading recruitment, which
basically means that it is rather hard to find trading employees who
would be willing to occupy their trading jobs permanently or, at least,
for a more or less long period of time.
However, despite instability online trading remains very popular and
analysts say that trading systems will eventually become more stable.
What it all takes now (probably meaning the first step) is to
work out a good trading recruitment plan which will allow a
more or less constant flow of new trading employees to fill the trading
jobs available.
Unfortunately, there is another obstacle to overcome: no
Internet access in most developing countries whose citizens in most
cases are eligible for trading jobs and should have equal rights for
becoming trading employees. In these countries trading job
systems should be more flexible and trading recruitment plan should be
adjusted to each country individually taking into account political,
economic and other important circumstances. And definitely the Internet
should become more accessible to make online trading possible in these
countries.
If online trading becomes stable all over the world and, particularly
in developing countries, it will open many opportunities to the
unemployed and will contribute to the world's economic
development. |
